Day 8 : Sincerity is the way of Salvation (الاجلاص طريق الخلاص ) by Ustadha Eman Al Obaid (HafidhaAllah)

Day 8 : Sincerity is the way of salvation

Al Ikhlas Tariq Al khalaas 8.

Ustadha Eman started praising Allah (swt) and sending dua for the students.

Allah (swt) mentioned mentioned in different ayah in the Quran ,who people are in the middle of the sea they will then call allaah , you can find the Ikhlas when you are in hardship but we need to renew and have in class all the time , whether in the time of ease or hardship . Al Ikhlaas need Jihaad specially in the time of ease to get that .
Elhamdellah Allah (swt) is our nurturer , even with our relation with piece Allah (swt) will decree things for us to get the Ikhlaas , you find some relation with disturbance in the beginning for us to get the Ikhlaas . We will continue with Al Ikhlaas in the relationship .

Divine Hadith: (فإني سمعت رسول الله صلىوسلمl يقول: “قال الله تعالى وجبت محبتي للمتحابين فيَّ، والمتجالسين فيَّ ، والمتزاورين فيَّ ، والمتباذلين فيَّ “) (I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, ‘Allah, the Exalted, says: My love is due to those who love one another for My sake, meet one another for My sake, visit one another for My sake and spend in charity for My sake”.) – Malik Book 1, Hadith 382 in Riyadh As Saliheen
Allah (swt) love is obligatory on them ( وجبت محبتي) those having relation with each other for the sake of Allah (swt) . We mentioned in I- Those who love each other for my sake (المتحابين في) and II -Those who sitting with each other for my sake (والمتجالسين في) now we will talk about

III – Those who visiting each other for my sake (والمتزاورين في) , you are not doing it for the person or for yourself , but for Allah (swt) . Sometimes there is so many other intentions but no you are only doing for Allah (swt) .

A person visited his brother in another town and Allah deputed an Angel to wait for him on his way and when he came to him he said: Where do you intend to go? He said: I intend to go to my brother in this town. He said: Have you done any favour to him (the repayment of which you intend to get)? He said: No, excepting this that I love Mm for the sake of Allah, the Exalted and Glorious. Thereupon he said: I am a meesenger to you from, Allah: (to inform you) that Allah loves you as you love him (for His sake).Sahih Muslim 2567 Book 45, Hadith 47

You will find in this hadith ,visiting is one of the greatest worship .The visiting for Allah (swt) is based on the love for Allah (swt) and the visiting should be free from
• Wordily desires (أغراض الدنيا)
• Personal Desires (اهواء النفس)
Hadith: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: (There is no Muslim slave that visits his brother for the sake of Allah except that a caller will call from the sky: “Be purified and paradise is purified for you” Allah will say ‘My slave visited for My sake and I will not accept anything for him less than Paradise.)
Upgrade your visiting for Allah (swt) , not a as ingle Muslim servant visit his brother for the sake of Allah (swt) ,free from desires . Sometimes people visiting others because the person may get angry ,a caller will call form the sky , you will be purify and JANNAH will be purified for you , and Allah (swt) above the throne will say : my servant visited for my sake ,on Me his His dwelling , I will not be please for him to give him a residence less then paradise . As if you Allah (swt) host you in paradise . And only Allah (swt) knows why you are visiting . If you visit somebody , and you are told to return , then return as this is pure for you , if you did for Al Ikhlas which is bigger goal ,you will not feel sad . Al Ikhlas is the way of salvation . And what will be the reward ? Allah (swt) will love you and and will please for you to have paradise .

What is better than Allah (swt) host !?
(Abu Hurayra (ra) reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “When a man visits his brothers, Allah tells him, ‘You have been good and your evening will be good and you can take your place in the Garden.'”) – Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 345, Graded Hasan by Al Albani
If a man visit g his friend while he is sick , Allah (swt) said you will be purified , and your steps will be purified ,free from any sins , and Allah (swt) will give you house in paradise.
When you see, you notice Al Ikhlas is AZEEZ , it has so much honor . Any visiting and siting which is not for Allah (swt) , you should think ? Is this sitting really for allaah , as yourself as you don’t want to be a looser . Those who are Mukhlaseen are the winner .
Surah Saad 82-83: (قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغۡوِيَنَّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ (٨٢) إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنۡهُمُ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ (٨٣)) ([Iblîs (Satan)] said: “By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all, (82) “Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islâmic Monotheism).” (83))
Shaytan promised to mislead all , except the sincere servant of Allaah , only with your Ikhlas Shaytan will not have power over you . This ayah proof that when you are sincere Shaytan will not mislead you . When there is sincerity in the relation Shaytan will not come .This really need Al Ikhlas , people will not understand you , so two people should be sitting for Allah (swt) .

VI- Those who giving each other for my sake (والمتباذلين في) , not only wordily but free from wanting of yourself , the reason you give is for the Face of Allah (swt) .
It can be anything ,wealth , money , object . And it has three levels and in these three levels you need to have Al Ikhlas . You are not looking at the person , but you look at you and Allah (swt) , so it will be free from desires . The least that you can give :

o Lowest level: Contribution in wealth (أهونها المساهمة في المال): you have money or anything else leftover so you give it away. For example, you’re out to buy something, so you buy what you want for yourself, and if there’s something leftover, you’ll buy with that and give it to someone else.
o Middle level: (أوسطها المواساة): you have something for yourself, you don’t have anything extra of it, so you divide half of it and give it to someone else.
o Highest level: (أعلاها الايثار): you have something for yourself, you don’t have anything extra of it, so you give it all away, subhan Allah. Whether its money, food, water, etc.
Are you giving for Al Ikhlas or for your sake , it is easier to have Al Ikhlas with the one you do not know ,as for the one you know it is more difficult . Be sincere !

The top is Al ithaar,(الإيثار )
where you are preferring the another over your Nafs , ( تقديم الأخ في المال علي النفس) you don’t look at how much you spend but you .
This is the rank of the truthful one (رتبة الصديقين)
It is the top level of the one who love each other (منتهي درجات المحبين) what make you love somebody over yourself , if you are sincere in love you will be sincere in giving , visiting and sitting .if the relation is bit based in the sincerity form both side ,it will collapse . You don’t love anyone except for Allah (swt) .

Surah Al Hashr 9:
(وَيُؤۡثِرُونَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِہِمۡ وَلَوۡ كَانَ بِہِمۡ خَصَاصَةٌ۬ۚ وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهِۦ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ) (and give them (emigrants) preference over themselves, even though they were in need of that. And whosoever is saved from his own covetousness, such are they who will be the successful.)
The one who protect himself from the greed of himself ,those are the successful one . To prefer the other over yourself , this is the way of salvation .
• This is sincerity in giving for the face of Allah (swt), not for the duniya, and all of this is a result of your sincere love It is not about giving to whom you know, and not giving for those who didn’t give you. Or giving the best gift so that people will say she gives these types of gifts, subhan Allah.
If you want a sincere relationship, then love only for allaah , sit only for Allah (swt) , visiting only for Allah (swt) and give only for Allah (swt) , and Allah (swt) will give them His love oblige on them . Islam also teach you how to live survive , have the freedom specially with relationship . Shouldn’t be like a burden and it should be pure .
May Allah (swt) accept from all of us . My beloved sisters I love you for the sake of Allah (swt) , may Allah (swt) gather us in the same ship of salvation to paradise
